<br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED A~NDPiENT <br />TO ZONING ORDINANCE OF VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />Notice is hereby given that on [dednesday, April 5, 1972, <br />at 8 o'clock P.H. Eastern Standard Time, there will be a public hearing <br />in the Council chamber of the Village of Mayfield in the Village Hall, <br />6621 [dilson Mills Road, Mayfield, Ohio, on proposed Ordinance No. 72-1, <br />the purpose of which is to amend Ordinance No. 159, the Zoning Ordinance, <br />by transferring the following described property on the North side of . <br />Wilson Mills Road from a Class U-3 AA Use District (Restricted Multi- <br />story Apartment House) to a Class U-1 Use District (Single Family <br />Residence): Situated in the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, and <br />State of Ohio, and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the extreme Southeastern corner of <br />The Village of hayfield where the corporation line between <br />the Village of Mayfield and the Village of Gates Mills <br />intersects the centerline of Wilson .fills Road, 60 feet wide: <br />thence Northerly, along said corporation line, <br />1100 feet; <br />thence N O1° 00' 00" W, 425 feet; <br />thence N 25° 21' 11" W, 132 feet; <br />thence S 42° 00' 40" W, 158.56 feet; <br />thence S 11° 40' 49" W, 120 feet; <br />thence S 02° 36' D9" W, 819.48 feet; <br />thence S O1° 17' 00" [d, 940.10 feet to the center- <br />line of [dilson Hills Road; <br />:+ thence Easterly along the centerline of Wilson Igills <br />Road to the aforesaid extreme Southeastern corner of the <br />Village of Mayfield and the principal place of beginning. <br />Said proposed ordinance is on file in the office of the Village <br />Clerk-Treasurer, where it may be inspected, together with all reports in <br />connection therecaith. <br />BY ORDER OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO. <br />John D.
