<br />Mr. John D. Relic, <br />Clerk-Treasurer, <br />Village of Mayfield, Ohio <br />Dear Sir: <br />I, John D. Relic, Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />do, on behalf of said Council, offer to sell at par and accrued interest all <br />or any part of a note in the amount of $20,000.00, maturing on or before one <br />year after the date hereof. Said note shall bear interest at a rate not <br />exceeding three per cent (3%) per annum payable at maturity or redemption. <br />Said note is issued in accordance with Ordinance No. 72-9, passed February 21, <br />1972, under authority of the laws of the State of Ohio, in anticipation of <br />issuance of bonds for payment of a portion of the cost of reconstruction of <br />the Village Hall hitherto damaged by fire. <br />~'~-i <br />ohn D.
