provided for in Section 8, either (1) grant tentative <br />approval of the General Plan as submitted, ,(2) grant tentative <br />approval subject to specified conditions not included in the <br />Application for Tentative Approval of the General Plan as <br />submitted, or (3) deny tentative approval to the Application. <br />Failure of the Village Planning and Zoning Commission to act <br />within said period shall be deemed to be a grant of tentative <br />approval of the Application for the Tentative Approval of the <br />General Plan as submitted. In the event tentative approval <br />is granted for the Applicatiglas submitted, or with conditions <br />(other than by lapse of time), the Village Planning and 7,oning <br />Commission shall, as part of its resolution of approval set <br />forth the form of dra~•rings and specifications, easements and <br />other restrictions and conditions as well as the form of <br />bond that shall accompany an Application for Final Approval. <br />The Landowner may, within ten days after such resolution is <br />passed by the Village Planning and Zoning Commission, notify <br />the Village Planning and Zoning Commission of his refusal to <br />accept any of the conditions set forth in such resolution. <br />In which case, the Village Planning and Zoning Commission shall <br />be deemed to have denied tentative approval of the General Plan. <br />In the event the Landowner does not notify t3ie Village Planning <br />and Zoning Commission within said period of his refusal to <br />' accept any of said conditions, tentative approval of the General <br />Plan, with conditions, shall stand as granted. <br />-1~- <br />
