The grant or denial of the Application-for Tentative <br />Approval shall be in the form of a caritten resolution approved <br />by a majority of the members of the Village Planning and <br />Zoning Commission which resolution shall include findings of <br />fact specifying with particularity in what respects the <br />General Plan as set forth in the Application would or would <br />not be in the public interest, including but not limited to <br />findings of fact concerning the following: <br />(a) In what respects the General Plan is or is not <br />consistent ~oith the statement of Objectives for Planned <br />Development Districts; <br />(b) The extent to which the General Plan departs from <br />zoning and subdivision regulations presently applicable <br />to the subject property, including but not limited to density, <br />bulY. and use, and the reasons why such departures are or are <br />not deemed to be in the public interest; <br />(c) The nature and extent of the Common Open Space <br />provided, the reliability of the proposals for maintenance and <br />conservation of the Common Open Space, and the adequacy or <br />inadequacy of the amount, function and accessibility of the <br />common open space in terms of the densities and dwelling <br />types proposed in the General Plan; <br />- (d) The manner in which the plat of the General Plan <br />does or does not make adequate provision for public services, <br />-17- <br />
