provide adequate control over vehicular traffic, and further <br />the amenities of light and air, recreation and visual enjoy- <br />ment; <br />(e) The relationship, beneficial or adverse, of the <br />proposed Planned Development District upon the surrounding <br />uses and general vicinity, in which it is proposed to be <br />established, as we]1 as to the Village as a whole; and <br />(f) In the case of a General Plan which proposes <br />development over a period of years, the sufficiency of the <br />terms and conditions proposed concerning stage development <br />and how they will protect or not protect the interests of <br />the public, the residents, and all the owners of any portion <br />of the Planned Development District as well as the integrity <br />of the General Plan in its entirety. <br />Section 10. Status of General Plan after Tentative <br />Approval. <br />(a) Within five days after the adoption of the Resolu- <br />tion of Tentative Approval it shall be certified by the <br />Village Clerk-Treasurer and shall be filed in his office, and <br />a certified copy shall be mailed to the Landowner. Where <br />Tentative approval has been granted, the same shall be noted <br />on the zoning map maintained in the Village Hall. <br />(b) Tentative approval of a General Plan shall not <br />- qualify a plat of the Planned Development District for <br />recording.
