approval with conditions which have been accepted by the <br />Landowner (and provided that the Landowner has not defaulted <br />nor violated any of the conditions of the tentative approval), <br />shall not be modified or revoked nor otherwise impaired by <br />action of the Village Planning and Zoning Commission pending <br />an Application or Applications for Final Approval, without <br />the consent of the Landowner, provided an Application for Final <br />Approval is filed, or in the case of stage developments, <br />provided applications are filed within the time or times speci- <br />fied in the resolution granting tentative approval. <br />(c) In the event that a General Plan is given tentative <br />approval and thereafter, but prior to final approval, the <br />Landowner shall choose to abandon said General Plan and shall <br />so notify Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission in <br />writing or shall fail to file Application or Applications for <br />Final Approval within the required time period, the tentative <br />approval shall be deemed to be revoked and all that portion of <br />the area included in the General Plan for which final approval <br />has not been given shall be subject to those local ordinances <br />applicable thereto immediately prior to the grant of tentative <br />approval, as they may be amended from time to time, and the same <br />shall be noted on the zoning map maintained in the Village Hall, <br />and in the records of the Village Clerk-Treasurer. <br />Section 11. Application for Final Approval - The Final <br />Development Plan.- Approval by Council. <br />(a) An Application for Final Approval may be filed for <br />all the land included in a General Plan or for one or more Use <br />-19- <br />
