(d) Final Development Plans shall include, in final <br />form, all drawings, specifications, covenants, easements and <br />other documents required by the General Plan including, but <br />not limited to documents showing: <br />(1) The total area to be developed, including the <br />total Common Open Space for the District, and <br />each Use Area thereof with accurate acreage, <br />courses, and distances, as determined by a <br />licensed engineer or surveyor who shall sign <br />such Plan and certify the accuracy thereof. <br />(2) A topographic analysis of the District and <br />each Use Area thereof at a scale of one <br />hundred feet (100') to the inch indicating <br />existing and proposed contours at no greater <br />than two foot (2').intervals and further <br />designating: soils capability; existing <br />wooded areas, and trees in excess of 14" <br />in diameter or of substantial size, and such <br />areas and specimens to be preserved; land <br />within-the 50-year flood plain as defined by <br />the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, existing <br />and proposed sloping areas of more than 15 <br />-'~ percent gradient; and the total extent and <br />location of Buildable and Unbuildable Topography, <br />existing and proposed, including acreage, <br />courses and distances. <br />-25- <br />
