(g) In the event that a Plan, or area thereof, is given <br />final approval and thereafter the Landowner shall abandon <br />part or all of said Plan and shall so notify the Council in <br />writing, or if the Landowner shall fail to complete the <br />Planned Development District (or a part thereof finally ap- <br />proved), within a reasonable period of time after final <br />approval has been granted, no further development shall <br />take place on the property included within the Plan, until <br />after said propertyis reclassified by enactment of a zoning <br />ordinance regulating the uses for said property pursuant to <br />the Zoning Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield. <br />Section 12. Conditions and P.equirements for Approval <br />of Final Development Plan. <br />The following conditions must be satisfied before any <br />Final Development Plan may be finally approved by the Council: <br />(a) No requirement of this Planned Development District <br />Ordinance is violated by the Final Development Plan. <br />(b) The Final Development Plan is substantially in <br />accordance with the General Plan which had been previously <br />filed with the Village Planning and Zoning Commission and <br />tentatively approved. <br />(c) The density in any area and the overall density of <br />the District do not exceed that shown on the General Plan <br />as tentatively approved. <br />-24- <br />
