Section 13 <br />Subdivision of Land within a Planned <br />Development District. <br />No land classified as a Planned Development District <br />shall be subdivided so as to conflict with the approved <br />Final Development Plan for said District or any Use Area <br />thereof, or so as to conflict with any applicable provisions <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Section 14. Specific Requirements within a Planned <br />Development District. <br />(a) V7ATER SUPPLY - The planned development District <br />shall have an adequate source of potable water. All water <br />lines constructed within the District shall be at the sole <br />cost of the owner or developer and title thereto shall he <br />assigned to the appropriate public water utility upon comple- <br />tion thereof. All plans and specifications and construction <br />for all caater lines and appurtenances shall meet the approval <br />of the Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland and Regional Water <br />District Engineer. <br />(b) SEWER SYSTEM - The Landowner shall at its sole <br />expense construct a sanitary sewage system meeting all require- <br />ments of the appropriate city, county or regional authorities, <br />title to which shall be transferred to Cuyahoga County and <br />authority upon completion thereof. Plans, specifications <br />and construction must meet the approval of the Village Engineer <br />and of the city, county or regional Sanitary Engineers. <br />-28- <br />
