<br />(r) No building shall exceed 150 feet in length, <br />without changing directions; provided, however, that such <br />building may exceed said maximum if its main wall is offset <br />at least 15°. In no case shall any building length exceed <br />250 feet. <br />(s) MINIMUM WIDTH - each detached single family dwelling <br />unit and attached single-family dwelling unit building shall <br />have a width facing the front yard in excess of 24 feet. <br />(t) PARKING RDQUIREMENTS - The parking of automobiles <br />and other motor vehicles on public streets within a Planned <br />Development District is prohibited. <br />All automobile parking lots shall be screened from adjoin- <br />ing streets by the planting of shrubbery or the construction <br />of a decorative fence or wall pursuant to Village Ordinances. <br />Parking lots shall be permitted in the most attractive, suitable <br />and convenient location between the road and any building; <br />provided no parking lot shall be closer than thirty-five feet <br />(35') from the center of the street. <br />Off-street parking shall be provided for all buildings <br />and uses within the Planned Development District in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />(1) Detached single-family dwellings - Two garage <br />spaces per dwelling unit immediately adjacent and <br />attached. <br />-34- <br />
