(2) Attached single-family dwellings - Tcao garage <br />spaces per dwelling unit immediately adjacent and <br />attached to each dwelling unit plus off-street <br />guest parking in the amount of one and one-half <br />(1-1/2) spaces per dwelling unit. <br />(3) Local retail buildings - One space for each one <br />hundred and fifty square feet (150 sq, ft.) of gross <br />floor area, but in no event less than six (6) spaces <br />for each commercial establishment within a commer- <br />cial building. <br />(4) Office buildings - One space for each four hundred <br />square feet (400 sq. ft.) of gross floor area. <br />(5) Community facilities - one space per 100 square feet <br />of gross floor area. <br />(6) Por a specific building or use not. set forth above, <br />the Village Planning and 7,oning Commission and <br />Council shall apply the unit of measurement of the <br />above schedule deemed to be the most similar to <br />the proposed building or use. <br />(7) The foregoing parY.ing space requirements shall be <br />regarded as minimum requirements, and additional <br />spaces may be provided. <br />- All parking spaces, including driveways and garage <br />floors shall be concrete or asphalt and adequately drained. <br />-35- <br />
