(u) STREETS AND SIDEWALKS - shall be paved and curbed <br />with concrete, brick or stone; vralY.ways may be constructed <br />of other suitable materials. <br />(v) LANDSCAPE PLANTIPdG AND DESIGN - Each Use Area within <br />the District shall be landscaped according to an approved <br />landscape plan submi~ted as part of the Final Development <br />Plan. Plantings, walls and screens shall be so designed and <br />located as to optimize 'privacy and aesthetic quality without <br />encroaching upon required automobile sight distances. Existing <br />vegetation shall be preserved whenever possible. <br />Section 15. Maintenance and Use of Permanently Open <br />Space Land and Areas. <br />(a) This section shall govern the approval of and plans <br />for the care, maintenance, use and ,disposition of all open <br />space areas within a Planned Unit Development District. <br />All Final Development Plans shall provide for: <br />(1) The public dedication and acceptance for <br />maintenance by the Village of open space <br />within the Planned Unit Development District, <br />found by the Village Planning and Zoning Com- <br />mission to be of benefit to the general public, <br />or <br />-~ (2) the common ownership by individual owners <br />of all open space within the Planned Unit <br />Development District, through appropriate <br />-36- <br />
