<br />COMf•iERCIAL BUILDINGS--buildings used as permitted under <br />Class U-4 and Local Business Districts. <br />COMMON OPEN SPACE--that land within the Planned Development <br />District which is to be transferred to one or more non- <br />profit corporations and to be used for privacy between <br />buildings, for buffer strips, for preservation of scenic <br />beauty, and for the recreational and aesthetic use of all <br />residents and oyaners within the Planned Development <br />District or a specific Use Area thereof. <br />COPdSULTANTS--the land planning consultants of the Village <br />serving as its professional staff. <br />DENSITY--the maximum number of dwelling units per Developable <br />Acre permitted within a given Use Area conditioned upon <br /> <br />compliance with all other provisions of this Ordinance. <br />DETACHED SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING--shall include any dwelling <br />unit which is not physically attached to any other dwelling <br />unit. <br />DEVELOPABLE ACRE--an acre of Developable Land and the measure <br />upon which allowable Density is computed. <br />DEVELOPABLE LAND--Buildable Topography and, in addition, all <br />Unbuildable Topography and Common Open Space within <br />fifty feet (50') of said Buildable Topography. <br />-DISTRICT--shall mean a Planned Development District within <br />the Village of :4ayfield. <br />FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN--the final form of all documents <br />-4- <br />
