Definitions <br />The terms used in this Ordinance No. 72- are <br />defined as follows: <br />ATTACHED SINGLE-FAMILY D[9ELLING--single-family dwellings <br />units, not exceeding eight, not exceeding two stores <br />in height, which are. physically attached one to <br />another by common or adjoining vertical walls, <br />which have individual heating and plumbing systems, <br />and which are or may be individually owned and may be <br />rented or may be sold as condominiums, <br />BUILDABLE TOPOGRAPHY--that portion of the Building Site <br />which either naturally or through approved regrading <br />is physically suited for building construction. Specifi- <br />~__i <br />cally, Buildable Topography is that portion of the <br />Building Site which is accessible, lies outside of flood <br />plains, possesses stable soil structure and consists of <br />slopes of less than fifteen percent (15 a) gradient. <br />BUILDING--the term building includes any structure but does <br />hot include roadways, paved walkways or similar improved <br />surfaces. <br />BUILDING SITE--the parcel or parcels of land within a Planned <br />Development District cahich are privately owned and may be <br />` occupied by one or more buildings or structures for the <br />use or uses permitted within the particular Use Area in <br />which the Building Site is situated. Common Open Space <br />- shall not be considered a Building Site. <br />-3- <br />
