ORDINANCE NO 72- 33 <br />Page 2 <br />(U) within a school zone when school is in session and between the <br />hours of 5:00 A.M and 4:00 P.M. except to take on or discharge passen- <br />gers and then for no longer than is necessary for such purpose; <br />(V) on any treelawn; (W) on the south side of Seneca Road for a distance <br />of 500 feet east of its intersection with S,O.M. Center Road; (R) on <br />any side of Beta Drive; (Y),on any aide of Aintree Park Drive between <br />its intersections with S.O.M. Center Road and Hunt Circle; (Z) on the <br />east or west aide of Worton Park Drive from its intersection with <br />Wilson Mills Road southerly to a point 150 feet away; (AA) on either <br />side of Pinetree Park Road east and west to a point 150 feet from its <br />intersections with Wilson Mills Road; (BB) during construction work <br />on one side of the street only; (CC) on S.O.M. Center Road, between the <br />south corporation line of the Village of Mayfield and a point located <br />.12 mile, more or less, north of Wilson Mills Road; (DD) on the east <br />side of S.O. M: Center Road, from a point 50 feet north of Thornapple <br />Drive, to Wilson Mills Road; (EE) on private property without the <br />consent of the owner or occupant of the premises, providing the said <br />owner or occupant advisee the police department in writing that such <br />parking is without their consent." <br />Section 2. Existing Ordinance No. 72-23, amending Section 53 of <br />Ordinance No.'309, is hereby repealed as of the effective date of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order to safeguard <br />persons, property and vehicles on the highways in the Village of Mayfield, and <br />this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its <br />passage. <br />Passed this 16th day of October ,1972. <br />~~ ~~~ <br />MAYOR - OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />L) ERK-TREASURER <br /> <br />
