ORDINANCE N0. 72-47 BY: MR. Schmidt (By Request) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 159, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WILSON MILLS ROAD FROM A CLASS U-1 (SINGLE RESIDENCE) USE DISTRICT, INTO A SMALL OFFICE BUILDING DISTRICT, LIMITED TO PHYSICIAN'S AND DENTIST'S OFFICES AND MEDICAL CENTER. WHEREAS, Council finds that certain land hereinafter described on the southerly side of Tdilson Mills Road is presently zoned for single residence purposes, and that the highest and best use of said land is for the construction of buildings for Physician's and Dentist's offices and medical center, and that such use will be conducive to the public health, peace, safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare, and will not 'substantially injure any other property in the Village or the use thereof; and WIiEREAS, Council finds that this amending Ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval or suggestions, and that said.'Commission has allowed a reasonable time for considera- tion and report, and has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing given in the manner provided by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIDNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The following described land, on the southerly side of Wilson Mills Road, now in a class U-1 (single residence) district, is hereby transferred to a small office building district, subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 72-7, except that said premises shall be used only for Physician's and Dentist's offices and a medical center building, maybe three Stories in "~ height: -- -~ parcel I Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and Known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 20, Tract 2, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the center line of Wilson Mills Road, 60 feet wide, at a:~ point distant North 89. 56' West 691.26 feet, measured along said center line, from its intersection with the Easterly line of said Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 20, Tract 2; thence North 89° 56' West along the center line of Wilson Mills Road 118.55 feet to the Easterly line of Joyce Road, 50 feet wide; thence South 330 feet along the Easterly line of Joyce Road to a point; thence East 118.55 feet to a point; thence North 330 feet to the center line of Wilson Mills Road, to the place of beginning, excepting from the above parcel of land that property conveyed to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County be deed recorded in Volume 10345, Page 313 of Cuyahoga County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
