Ordinance No. 72- Page 2 <br />Parcel 2. <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio and known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot <br />No. 20, Tract No. 2 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning <br />in the Center Line of Wilson Mills Road, (60 feet wide), at the <br />Northeasterly corner of lands conveyed to Charles Edward Rleyla and <br />Elsie Ida Kleyla by deed dated November 30, 1934, and recorded in <br />Volume 4443, Page 248 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 0° <br />31" 35 " West, along the Easterly line of land so conveyed, 369 feet <br />to a stake; thence North 89° 56' 00" West, parallel with said <br />center line of Wilson Mills Road, 118 feet to a stake; thence North <br />0° 31' 35" East, parallel with said Easterly line of lands so conveyed, <br />369 feet to the center line of Wilson Mills Road; thence South 89° <br />56' 00" East. along the center line of Wilson Mills Road, 118 feet <br />to the place of beginning be the same more or less, but subject to <br />all legal highways; excepting from the above described parcel of land <br />that property conveyed to the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Cuyahoga County by deed recorded in Volume 9993 Page 289 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records, <br />Section 2. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized to revise the <br />Official District and Zoning Map so that the same will incorporate the terms <br />and provisions of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3.
