J- - ORDINANCE NO. 1969 -10 By Mr. Fitz-Gerald AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 30.4, 30.5, AND 30.6 OF ORDINANCE NO. 763, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1000, WITH RESPECT TO AREA REGULATIONS, YARD REGULATIONS AND OFF-STREET PARHING AND LOADING REGULATIONS IN PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS, OFFICE-LABORATORY DISTRICTS, AND MOTORISTS SERVICE DLSTRIC TS WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Meyfield, Ohio, finds that cer- tain changes should be made with respect to area regulations, yard regu- lations and off-street parking and loading regulations in Produc-[ion- Distribution Districts, Office-Laboratory Districts, and Motorists Ser- vice Districts; and ' -• WHEREAS, Council finds that this amending ordinance has been sub- mitted to the Village Planning & Zoning Commission for approval, dis- approval, or suggestions, and that said Commission has been allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has approved the samr in the form herein set forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and notice of such hearing has been given in the manner provided by law. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THh` COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: Sec. 1. Sections 30.4, 30.5 and 30. b of Ordinance No. 763, as amended by Ordinance No. 1000, entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Ordi- nance No. 159, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mayfield, by Adding Section 30, Creating Motorists Service District, Office-Laboratory District, and Production-Distribution District" are hereby amended to read as follows: 'Sec. 30.4 AREA REGULATIONS .Every lot, or parcel, shall be of sufficient size to accommodate the main and accessory buildings or uses and the required yards, and space for future expansion, and, every lot occupied by a main build- ing or use shall comply with the lot area, lot width,, the percentage of lot coverage (by the buildings) and the landscaped .areas for the various districts as follows: - -{ ,:; ;~
