~ ; <br />CHAP`i~R 1115 IAND SUBDIVIDING PROCIDURES <br />Sec. 1115.01 Intent Sec. 1115.06 Major Subdivisioa- <br />Sec. 1115.02 Pre-Application final Plat <br />Sec. 1115.03 Minor Subdivision- Sec. 1115.07 Land for Public and <br /> Application Common .Use <br />Sec. 1115.04 Minor Subdivision- Sec. 1115.08 Multifamily, Business and <br /> Recording Industrial Subdivisions <br />Sec. 1115.05 Major Subdivision- Sec. 1115:09 City Map <br /> Preliminary Plan Sec. 1115.10 Resubdivision and Vacation <br />Sec. 1115.01 INTENT <br />Procedures are herein established for achieving effectiveness, <br />efficiency and uniformity in the administration of the Subdivision Regula- <br />tions, including: <br />Procedures by which a developer may obtain information, plan land <br />developments, make applications for review, record plats and con- <br />struct land improvements; and <br />L, <br />procedures by which the Commission may review, study, make recommen- <br />dations, approve the plans and plate and otherwise administer these <br />regulations; and <br />procedures for planning and developing land consistent with pro- <br />cedures for planned development, areas which include buildings as <br />set forth in the .,Zoning Code, and in accordance with the objec- <br />tives of the Master Plan. <br />Sec. 1].15.02 PRE-APPLICATION <br />'The Village shall make available copies of these Subdivision Regula- <br />tions, the Zoning Code, the Street Plan, Community Facilities Plan and <br />other maps and relevant information at a cost to be determined by Council. <br />Any developer may request an advance discussion of the procedures and <br />criteria for developing land at regular meetings of the Commission <br />Sec. 1115.03 MINOR SUBDIVISION -APPLICATION <br />a.
