existing public street not inwlving the opening, widening or <br />extension of any street or road, not involving the installation of <br />any underground public utilities and not involving more than five <br />lots after-the original tract and all the contiguous land owned by <br />the developer has been completely subdivided. The replatting oY <br />not more than five lots along a public street is also classified as <br />a minor subdivision. <br />b. Application <br />An application for approval £or each minor subdivision includ- <br />ing a sketch plan complying with the requirements set forth in Sec. <br />1121.02 shall be filed by the developer vrith the secretary of the <br />Commission. 'The Commission shall take action upon the application <br />at the next regularly scheduled meeting after receipt of all required ~~ <br />information. <br />c. Approval <br />if the Commission Yinds after reviewing the proposed division <br />of land that: <br />1. not more than five lots will be created and all the land in <br />the original tract and all the contiguous land owned by the - <br />developer would be completely subdivided; and <br />2. the sketch plan is properly co-ordinated with ad3oining <br />developments and adjoining unplatted land; and <br />3, the sketch plan complies with the planning criteria and other <br />provisions,of these regulations and other codes and plans of the <br />City applying to minor subdivisions; then the CommissioA shall <br />n <br />r ~ <br />approve the proposed minor subdivision. ~' ~ <br />ravsa -23- <br />
