(].].15.03 coat ~ a ) <br />~' <br />A notation ~f the action taken shall be made on the sketch plan and <br />deed by the secretary, chairman,, or other officials as may be designated <br />by the Commission, and the developer shall be informed if a metes sad <br />bounds deed description or a plat will be required. Three prints of <br />the approved sketch plan shall be furnished to the Commission. _- -- <br />If the Commission determines the proposal should be 'reviewed as <br />a major subdivision or if the proposal cannot be approved for other <br />reasons, the Commission may suggest revisions to the plan before it <br />is resubmitted. <br />Sec. 1115.04 MINOR S;JBDIVISION - RECORDING <br />After approval of the sketch plan of a minor, subdivision, the <br />developer shall submit a conveyance with either a metes and bounds <br />description or plat, as required. by the Commission, to the Engineer for <br />~ ,- review. If he finds it complies with the approved sketch plan and is <br />otherwise satisfactory, he shall certiiy the approval thereon within <br />seven working days after he has received it. The approval shall' expire <br />within 120 days unless the deed description or plat shall have been filed <br />and recorded in the office oP the County Recorder and the Commission so <br />notiYied by the developer is writing. <br />Sec. 1115.05 MAJOR SUBDIVISION -PRELIMINARY FLAN <br />a. Classification <br />A subdivision as defined in Sec. 1113.22 is classified as a <br />major subdivision if more than five lots are created or if any sub- <br />division or resubdivision involves the opening, widening or extension <br />of any street, the allocation of land for open space for coon use, <br />or the granting of easements for the extension and maintenance of <br />._ ~.~ _ <br />MVSR ~ _24- ._ <br />
