(1115.06 conga) . <br />The approval of the drawings and specifications for the required <br />~~ .- .. <br />improvements shall be indicated by a.certificatioa to that effect on <br />..the original drawings and specification with the signature of the <br />Village Engineer. Approval of the improvements as constructed shall <br />likewise be certified by the Engineer. <br />e. Recording <br />The developer shall Pile the approved final plat. in the office <br />of the County Recorder. The approval of the Commission shall expire <br />within sixty days unless within that period, the plat shall have <br />been duly filed and recorded and the Commission so notified by the <br /> <br />developer in writing. If the final plat is revised, in say manner -- <br />after approval, anew approval shall be. necessary. <br />f. Effect of Approval and Recording <br />If drawings and specifications for improvements are approved <br />and construction guaranteed, the final plat may, be approved and <br />recorded, construction of improvements started, building permits <br />issued, .and lots may be sold, leased or transferred. , <br />Occupancy permits for a building shall not be; issued until <br />streets and utilities are installed for public use.. <br />Sec. 1115.07 LAND FOR PUBLIC AND COMMON USE <br />e. Dedication and Acceptance for Public Use <br />The plat shall be submitted to Council for acceptance of <br />dedication, of any land for public use and acceptance of any ease- <br />meat before it ie recorded. The acceptance of any street. or utility <br />for public use and maintenance, and assignment of•street names, shall <br />be by separate action of the. Council.,=Six months after the comple- <br />tion of the permanent paving, but. not sooner than June 1st of the <br /> <br />MYSR -30- ., <br />
