(1117.07 Cont'd) <br />curb radius of 55 feet and a property line radius of at least 65. feet. <br />~ .. _ <br />The criteria for horizontal and vertical alignment, .intersections, and other <br />design criteria shall be the same as set forth in this chapter for. collector <br />streets. <br />Sec. 1117.08 DESIGN OF BLOCKS <br />The boundaries and lines of blocks and other parts of neighborhoods <br />shall be designed and adjusted to conform to the topography and natural <br />features to the corporation lines, to the street planning criteria as set <br />forth in Sec. 1117.04, to accommodate lots and building sites of the size <br />and character required for the district ae set forth in the Zoning Code <br />and to provide for the required community facilitiesr <br />a. Size of Blocks <br />For one-family subdivisions the length of blocks shall be <br />U planned to not exceed 2500 feet or be less than 800 feet unless <br />approved by the Commission. The width of blocks shall be planned to <br />accommodate two tiers of lots. A single tier of lots may, however, <br />be required by the Commission to separate residential development <br />from major streets as set forth in Sec. 1117.03, from adjoining <br />nonresidential land uses, from areas of unusual topographic or <br />natural features, and tiers of 'lots may be separated by common green <br />areas. <br />b. mall Subdivisions <br />Whenever a parcel is too small to be planned for the use----- <br />intended and would result in fractional or odd-shaped lots, lack of <br />street frontage or otherwise not conform to the planning criteria <br />of the Subdivision Regulations and the Zoning Code, the Commission may <br />u <br />rrvsR -1+5- <br />
