Lots abutting major streets• <br />. :~. <br />may exceed the aforesaid depth ratio as set forth in Sec. 1117.03 in <br />order to increase the safety and privacy thereon. <br />The Village may prepare a local street plan of partially sub- <br />divided areas and reserve openings at intervals along the major. roads <br />for future local streets to serve the interior areas in accordance <br />with duly adopted mapped street procedures. <br />c. Corner Lots <br />In one-family subdivisions, corner lots shall have extra width <br />to obtain the required side yards and building setback from and to <br />obtain appropriate orientation to both streets and as set forth in <br />t~ <br />the Zoning Code. <br />d. Side Lot Lines <br />In one-family subdivisions, aide lot lines shall be designed <br />to be at approximately right angles to street lines or radial to <br />curved street lines.
