Drains a Wa s <br />Where a subdivision is traversed by a drainage way, channel, <br />or stream, a storm water easement or drainage right-oP-way conforming <br />substantially with the lines of such water course shall be estab- <br />lished. Stich easements shall be not less than 2Q feet wide, exclu- <br />sive oP the required lot area, or of such further width as deemed ~"J <br />adequate for the purpose.
