There should be a minimum grade of two per cent around each <br />building so that water drains to lower areas-or drainage swales which <br />shall have a minimum grade of 0.5 per cent. The lot drainage system <br />shall be designed so that surface water will drain onto the driveway, <br />s drainage structure on•the lot,'a street gutter and storm sewer, or <br />a natural drainage way. <br />The minimum grades of driveways shall be 0.5 per cent; the <br />maximum :shall be 12 per cent. Grading ''should be adjusted so there <br />will be no 'abrupt grades in the front yards and along aide lot lines. <br />The grades 'of earth terraces shall not exceed a two and•one-half to <br />one slope.•'If a masonry re'•aiaing wall exceeds three feet in height, <br />i <br />a hedge, fence or•railing shall be provided on it. <br />c.'
