Sec. 1119.14 DESIGN STANDARDS <br />'`/ ,The design of the water system, storm and sanitary sewerage systems <br />and roadways, the grading of the subdivision and each lot shall be in <br />accord with the various aforesaid standards and requirements. Drawings <br />and specifications for the improvements shall be reviewed and approved <br />by the Village Engineer and the installation shall be subject to his <br />continuous inspection. <br />At the completion of the coastauction, and before acceptance, the <br />developer shall furnish the Village a set of records or "as-built" tracings <br />showing the locations, size; and elevations of all underground utilities. <br />Sec. '1119.15 PERFORMANOE GUARANTEE IN LIEU OF INSTALLATION •. , <br />The developer may execute and. file with the Village.fiaancisl <br />guarantees in lieu of actual installation or completion of the required <br />improvements coaourrently with the application for approval of the final plat. <br />a. Type of Guarantees <br />Such guarantees may be in the form of a performance or surety <br />bond, a certified check, or any other type .of surety approved by the <br />Village.' The terms of such guarantees shall be determined by the <br />Commission, however, they shall not be for a longer period than two <br />years unless Council, by resolution, extends the time. Bonds shall <br />be executed by the applicant as principal with a surety company <br />authorized in the State of Ohio and shall.be, in a Yorm substantially <br />as shown in Appendix iii of these regulations. <br />b. Amount of Guarantee' <br />The finanbial"guarantees shell be in. an amount equal to the <br />estimated total cost of materials and labor required to install or <br />U construct the improvements: Such costs.ehall be determined by the <br />NNSR -63- <br />
