When any portion of as improvement has, upon n <br />inspection, been found satisfactorily completed, a reduction in the ~-s-' <br />bonds, or partial withdrawal of funds equal to the estimated costa <br />of such completed ittnrovemeata may be authorized. <br />c.. Progressive Installation <br />The developer may apply for final approval and recording of <br />only a portion oY the entire subdivision. Under such a progressive <br />unit development procedure, the installation of required improvements <br />and sale or lease 'of lots may proceed only cn that portion of the <br />subdivision which has been approved and recorded. <br />Sec. 1119.16 STREET MAINTEIiAI~'CE .. <br />The developer .shall guarantee the construction and materials of the <br />street irilprovements for a twelve-month period after acceptance by the <br />Village, and in order to secure the guarantee, he shall deposit 'an amount. .~ <br />,~ <br />equal to two per cent of the total cost of the construction of street <br />improvements in a maintenance fund and provide the Village certificates <br />or other evidence that said fund is maintained. , <br />Sec. 1119.17 INSURANCE ~ - -' <br />The developer agrees to indemnify and save harmless, the Village <br />against and from any and all loss, cost, damage, liability and expense on__ _ __. <br />account of damage to property of, or injury to or depth of, the Village and <br />any of its employees, agents or representatives or any third person, caused <br />by growing out of or in any way whatsoever attributable to the construction <br />of said improvements and the use of the street delineated on'the sub- <br />division plat during construction.
