(1119.17 Cont'd) <br />to the Clerk of the Council during the period of said construction in the <br />'~_~ sum of $100,000 to $200000 for injury to or death of persons, and in the <br />sum oY $5,000 for damage to or destruction of property, which insurance <br />contracts shall include the Village as a named insured. The developer, <br />agrees to maintain on file with the Village during the period of said <br />construction, certificates or memoranda of insurance evidencing that said <br />insurance contracts are in force. <br />Sec. 1119.18 FAIIlJFtE TO COMPLETE IMPROVEMENTS <br />In the event the. developer fails to diligently pursue the work or <br />complete the installation of all improvements to the land according to <br />the terms and conditions of these regulations, the drawings and'specifica- <br />tions, approved .by the Council, the performance bonds filed by him and~or <br />other agreements or covenants made by him, the Village of Mayfield may, <br />upon ten days written notice to the developer, complete same in the _ __ __ <br />'~ I <br />manner required, and pay for the costs thereoY from the deposits made <br />by the developer. " <br />Sec. 1].].9.19 BIJILDIRT~ CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY <br />A building permit may be issued and construction started after the <br />completion of the underground utilities.
