<br />:; , <br />' CHAPTER 1121 PLANS AND PLATS <br />n <br />... ,~. <br />Sec. 1121.01 Intent Sec. 1121.03 Preliminary Plan - <br />Sec. 1121.02 Sketch Plaa _ Minor ~ Major Subdivision <br />Subdivision Sec. 1121.04 Final Plat - Major <br />' - Subdivision ' <br />Sec. 1121.01 INTENT <br />Plans, maps, data and plats shall be prepared and furnished by the <br />developer as required herein to assure accurate surveying, to provide <br />adequate information for designing, preparing plane, reviewing and record- <br />ing subdivisions. <br />Sec. 1121.02 SKETCH PLAN - MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />The developer shall furnish with the application for approval of <br />sketch plan for a minor subdivision, or as a pre-application for a major <br />subdivision (Sec. 1115.03,. of these Regulations) either separate or <br />,~ <br />combined, the following: '~._l <br />s. Maps and Data <br />1. Location, a drawing or print of a Village map, or a part thereof, <br />showing the location of proposed subdivision. <br />2. Property, a drawing or print showing by scale and dimensions, <br />the parcel which is to be subdivided and all contiguous land of <br />the same ownership, including locations of existing structures--~--~ <br />within 100 feet of the boundaries. <br />3. Topography, a section of the topography and drainage map of <br />Cuyahoga County, 200 foot scale, 2 foot contours, of the proposed <br />subdivision and within 100 feet thereof. <br />4.
