The sketch plan shall be clearly drawn on transparent ,paper or <br />cloth at a scale of not less than 100 feet to the inch showing the <br />proposed layout and dimensions of each lot. <br />Sec. 1121.03 PRELIMINARY PLAN - MAJOR SUBDIVISION <br />The developer shall furnish, with the application for approval of a <br />preliminary plan of a major subdivision (Sec. 1115.05, of these Regulations) <br />the following maps, data and plans: <br />a. Maps and data shall, unless submitted in connection with a sketch <br />plan, include the following, either separate or combined: <br />1. Vicinity map, a print of a section. of the 800 foot scale map <br />of the Village showing the proposed subdivision and relationship <br />to adjacent developments, streets and all community facilities <br />~J which serve or influence it. <br />2. Property line map, showing bearings and distances of the parcel <br />to be subdivided; location, width and purpose of easements; the <br />name, width and location of abutting streets including location of. <br />pavements and sidewalks; structures on parcels within 100 feet <br />on adjoining property. ' <br />3. Utility map, showing utilities on and adjacent to the tract, <br />including location, size and invert elevations of all sewers, <br />location and size of't~ater and gas mains, location of fire <br />hydrants and electric power and telephone poles. <br />~+.
