Preliminary Plan - <br />The subdivision shall be planned in accord with the planning <br />criteria set forth in Chapter 1117 of these Regulations and designed <br />by either a professional planner, registered landscape architect,'or <br />registered civil engineer. The plan shall be accurately and clearly <br />drawn at a scale of not less than 100 feet to one inch: It may be <br />drawn in pencil on transparent tracing paper. The drawing shall <br />include the aforesaid topographic and property line data, the sur- <br />rounding streets and lots, end the proposed plan, or alternate plane, <br />of the subdivision, including the following: -~ <br />r <br />1. Streets -the la out ri ht-of-wa and ~'~~ <br />Y , g y pavement widths, <br />approximate grades, names; <br />2. Other rights-of-wav -location, width and purpose; <br />• 3• Lot lines - approximate dimensions and number; <br />4.' .Site's - to be reserved or dedicated for parka, playgrounds or <br />other public uses; <br />5. Sites for multifamily; institutions, business or industrial uses; <br />6. BuildinK lines - if~uniform or if a group development; <br />7. Title - graphic scale, north arrow and date. <br />c.
