Other Preliminary Plans <br />The Commission may require additional preliminary drawings <br />showing information such as street profiles and grades, typical cross _ <br />section of proposed roadway, proposed sanitary and storm sewers, and <br />water service, or prospective street system of adjacent land owned <br />by the developer. <br />e. Cwnership Certificate <br />The Commission. may require a certificate as to ownership and <br />that proposed 'subdivision is'satisfactory to the owner: <br />Sec. 1121.04 FINAL PLAT - MAJOR 3JBDIVISION <br />The developer shall, furnish, With application for approval of Pinal <br />plat of a subdivision;' Sec. 1115.06 of these Regulations, the following <br />plans, data and plats:• <br />a. Final plat shall be drawn (and signed) in India ink on tracing <br />cloth at a scale not lest than 50 feet to one inch. <br />Sheets shall not be less than 24" x 36" or larger than 36" x <br />48" iq sizej if necessary the plat shall consist of several sheets <br />including an index and references to adjoining sheets.
