In addition to his regular compensation, each newly <br />employed member of the Police Department shall be reimbursed in an amount <br />not exceeding $350.00 for the cost of uniforms purchased by him for use in <br />his police work during his first year in such position. Thereafter, each <br />policeman shall be reimbursed in an amount not to exceed $200.00 per year <br />for uniforms purchased by him. Reimbursement in all cases must be supported <br />by bills showing the cost of same. <br />Section 3. Longevity Schedule. In addition to the compensation <br />above-specified, each of said employees shall be entitled to receive additional <br />compensation on the following basis: <br />
