ORDINANCE N0. 70- zO <br />Page 2, <br />thence S-87° 23' 23"-E, along said Southerly line of Wilson Mills <br />Road, 329.37 feet to an angle point; <br />thence East along the said Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road, <br />57.27 feet to the Southwesterly line of a perpetual easement for <br />highway purposes, described as Parcel No. 41-15-LA in a deed to <br />the State of Ohio, dated May 17, 1960, and recorded in Volume <br />9942, Page 414 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence South, along the Southwesterly line of said parcel <br />No. 41-15-LA, 20.00 feet to an angle point; <br />thence 5-20° 06' 42"-E, along said Southwesterly line of said Parcel <br />No. 41-15-LA, 472.05 feet to a point therein; <br />thence N-89° 30' 16"-W, 614.70 feet to a point in the Westerly line <br />of a proposed road (60feet wide), said paint also being 40.00 feet <br />by rectangular measurement from the aforementioned Westerly line of <br />said Original Lot No. 16; <br />thence N-00° 29' 44"-E, along said Westerly line of a proposed <br />road, parallel to and 40.00 feet Easterly from the aforementioned <br />Westerly line of said Original Lot No. 16, said Testerly line of a <br />proposed road also being the Easterly line of a proposed 40.00 feet <br />wide buffer strip, 472.97 feet to a point in the aforementioned <br />Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road and the principal place of <br />beginning, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways. <br />Section 2. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized to revise the <br />official district and zone map so that the same will incorporate the terms and <br />provisions of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3.
