THE PROTECT AREA, or site,,shall be not <br />less than 800 square feet for each dwelling <br />unit to be accommodated in the develop- <br />ment, plus an area equal to the ground <br />floor area of those parts of the building <br />occupied by accessory uses and which are <br />not more than two stories in height. <br />b. THE LAND COVERAGE. (Ground floor area of <br />the buildings in relation to the site) <br />shall not exceed 15 percent of the land <br />area. The minimum outdoor livab~ilit <br />area (site area minus ground floor-area <br />buildings, driveways and parking areas) <br />shall be not less than 55 percent of the <br />land area. <br />c. THE LIVABLE FLOOR AREA and occupancy for <br />the various types of dwelling units shall <br />comply with the following criteria: <br />MAX.
