The estimated life of the improvement described in said Resolution
is at least five years.
2. The maximum maturity of bonds to be issued therefor, calculated in
accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Ohio Revised Code, being
the average number of years of usefulness as measured by the weighted average of
the amounts proposed to be expended for the several classes of improvements, is
as follows:
(a) $75,000.00 for reconstructing the Village Hall hitherto damaged
by fire - 25 years, such being my estimate of the period of
usefulness of said building and reconstruction.
(b) $25,000.00 for equipping said building - 10 years, such being
my estimate of the period of usefulness of said equipment.
The weighted averages for said several classes of improvements and the maximum
maturity for a single issue of bonds would therefore be 21 years; but, by reason
of the election proceedings authorizing the issue of such bonds, the maximum
maturity of said bonds is limited to 20 years.
Respectfully submitted,
