Sec. 4. This ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, so that garbage, <br />rubbish and other waste material, constituting a menace to health, may be <br />disposed of without any interruption caused by the failure to have an agreement <br />with a person competent to perform such necessary services, attd said ordinance <br />shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 21st day of March, 1966. <br />C r / c1e?.- -- ? #' ?-?.un <br />Attest: , ? r- President of Counc 1 ? <br />(SEA Clerk-Tr surer
