Office buildings and offices: sales, professional, financial, <br />governmental, public utility, executive and administrative. <br />b. Similar Niain Uses Permitted <br />Any other retail neighborhood store, shop or service not <br />listed above or in any subsequent use classification, and determined <br />as similar by the Commission according to standards of this Code. <br />c. Accessor.y Usea Permitted <br />Any accessory use such as storage of goods or processing <br />operations which are clearly incident to conducting a retail business <br />or service establishment, which is permitted as a main use, provided <br />such a use has no injurious effect on adjoining residential districts. <br />1. Accessory off-street parking and loading facilities as <br />required by standards of Sec. 31.6. <br />2. Signs; business, professional nameplates, directional, <br />3evelopment, real estate and project. <br />Sec. 31.4 AREA REGULATIONS <br />In Local Business Districts, buildings and land shall be used, and <br />buildings shall be designed, erected, altered, moved or maintained in <br />whole or in part, only in accordance with the following regulations: <br />a.
