Standards and Design - Parking Facilities <br />l. Off-street parking spaces: <br />Not less than the following facilities shall be provided <br />whenever a new use is hereafter established, an existing building <br />is altered, which results in an increase in floor area of the <br />building, or whenever the use of an existing building is changed. <br />Building and Use Minimum Space Required <br />Retail Stores, Services <br />a) less than 4,000 square feet per unit <br />b) 4?000 to 10,000 square feet per unit <br />c) 10,000 square feet or greater per unit <br />1 space per 200 square feet <br />1 space per 150 square feet <br />1 space per 125 square feet <br />2.
