(31.6 Cont'd) <br />and public parking lots, shall be planned in such a manner as to <br />interfere as little as possible with the use of adjacent property, <br />lane encroachmeht and the flow of traffic on the streets to whicn <br />they connect. <br />Parking areas, of more than nine but less tban 20 spaces shall <br />have at least one single-lane driveway located so the driveway <br />center line shall be not less than 50 feet from the right-of-way <br />line of the nearest intersecting street. <br />Parking areas of more than 24 spaces sball, if possible, <br />have two one-lane driveways, or at least one two-lane driveway, <br />and located so the driveway centerline shall be not less thap <br />50 feet from the right-of-way line of the nearest intersecting <br />street. <br />Entrattce or exit driveways shall not exceed three lanes in <br />width, and shall be designed so that all cars can be driven <br />Forward into the street. The width of such driveways? measured <br />at the street property line, shall conform with the follovting schedule: <br />Width of Driveway <br />Number of Minimum Maximum <br />Lanes (ft) (Pt) <br />One-lane 10 12 <br />Two-lane 18 24 <br />Three-lane ' 27 34 <br />The angle of intersection between the driveway attd the street shall <br />be between 70 degrees and 90 degrees.
