REPORT OF ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION BOARD <br />September 19, 1966 <br />To the Council of the Village <br />of Mayfield, Ohio. <br />The undersigned, constituting the Assessmettt Equalization Board, <br />appointed and acting pursuant to your Resolution No. 687, adopted August <br />15, 1966, respectfully report that at the time and place fixed by said <br />Resolution, they properly took the Oath of their Office and thereafter <br />heard and determined all objections concerning the estimated assessments <br />for the improvement of Wilson Mills Road by construction and installation <br />of a sidewalk, in accordance with Resolution No.'674 adopted by the Council <br />on May 16, 1966, declaring the necessity of said improvement. <br />We have equalized the estimated assessments heretofore filed in <br />the oEfice of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Council to conform to the <br />standards prescribed in said Resolution No. 674, and such assessments as <br />equalized are in proportion to the benefits which will result to the lots <br />attd lands to be assessed for said improvement and are limited as to each <br />lot attd parcel of land by the special benefits thereon.
