September 19, 1966 <br />To the Couttcil of the <br />Village of Mayfield, <br />Mayfield, Ohio. <br />The undersigned, fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />hereby certifies as follows as to certain improvements of Worton Park Drive, <br />North Woodlane Drive, Norman Zane, South Woodlane Drive and Woodlane Drive, <br />by grading, draining and pavipg with asphaltic materials, together with all <br />necessary appurtenances, as originally requested in Councilts Resolution <br />adopted pugust 16, 1965: <br />1. The estimated life of the improvement referred to in your Resolution <br />adopted August 16, 1965, for improving Worton Park Drive, from Hemingway Road <br />to South Woodlatte Drive, North Woodlane Drive, from Worton Park.Drive to Woodlatte <br />Drive, Norman Lane, from Worton Park Drive to Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane <br />Drive from Woodlane Drive to its Easterly terminus, and_Woodlane Drive from <br />North Woodlane Drive_to South Woodlane Drive, by grading, draining attd paving <br />with asphaltic materials, together with_all necessary appurtenances, is in <br />excess of 5 years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code for said improvement is <br />40 years. <br />3. The maximum maturity of the note to be issued in anticipation of <br />such bonds is 5 years, or one year from date of issuance if sold privately. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />? et ' 4 <br />Dwight A.
