Existing Section 3 of Ordinance No. 476, as amended by <br />Ordinance No. 793, is hereby repealed as of the effective date of this <br />ordinance, and the rates of compensation hereinabove set forth shall be <br />in effect from attd after March 1, 1967, <br />Sec. 3.
