~ r.' <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br />ffS~ <br />This Lease Agreement is made and entered into at Mayfield Village, Ohio this I day <br />of , 2008, by and between the VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, whose <br />mailing address is 6622 WILSON MILLS ROAD, HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO 44143, <br />(hereinafter called "LESSOR"), and MARIE D. URBANCIC, whose mailing address is 6532 <br />White Road, Mayfield Village Ohio, 44143 ("hereinafter called "LESSEE"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />PREMISES. That LESSOR does hereby let and lease unto LESSEE, the premises, <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Premises"), located at 6532 White R®ad, Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio 44143. <br />2. TERM. The parties agree that this Lease Agreement shall be for a term of one (1) year <br />beginning from the date that the LESSOR acquires title to the property, unless <br />terminated earlier by agreement of both parties. <br />RENT. There shall be no rent for the one (1) year term of this Lease. In the event <br />LESSOR is interested in continuing to.reside at 6532 White Road, Mayfield Village, <br />Ohio, 44143, LESSEE will be required to enter into a new Lease Agreement with the <br />Village on terms and conditions acceptable to'the Village which will include the payment <br />of rent at the rate of at least $750.00. <br />LESSOR shall pay for all gas, heat, and electrical current and water charges, and <br />perform all lawn maintenance. LESSEE shall pay for her own telephone service, cable <br />service and snow removal. <br />4. CONDI'T'ION OF PREIi'IISES. LESSEE agrees that it has examined the demised <br />Premises and that it accepts the same in its present condition; that the said Premises was <br />in good and satisfactory condition at the time of the LESSEE'S taking, and that <br />LESSOR and LESSEE'S Agents have made no representations or promises with respect <br />to the Premises, or the building of which the same form a part. Delivery of possession of <br />the Premises shall be deemed to have occurred when LESSOR takes title to the <br />Premises. <br />USE OF PREMISES. The LESSEE shall not occupy or use the demised Premises in <br />any manner or for any reason other than as a residence for no more than 4 people, and <br />shall not assign this lease or underlet or sublease the demised Premises, or permit any <br />other person, firm or corporation to occupy the demised Premises, or any part thereof, <br />without the written consent of the LESSOR.
