The Cuyahoga County Office of Emergency Management (CCOEM) conducts <br />an annual exercise of the county EOP. Exercises are developed in collaboration <br />with community partner agencies to maximize participation and minimize the <br />duplication. of efforts. When possible, Mayfield Village participates in CCOEM <br />exercises and trainings. Mayfield Village also may contact CCOEM if interested <br />in a specific training/exercise. In addition to CCOEM exercises Mayfield Village <br />conducts internal exercises including CERT, MIPOD, mass causality drills, and <br />tabletop exercises. <br />11.0 PLAN DEVELOPMENT AND <br />MAINTENANCE <br />11.1 Plan Development <br />The Mayfield Village Fire Department is responsible for the development and <br />maintenance of the EOP with support from the agencies listed herein. All <br />changes and revisions to this plan are prepared, coordinated, published, and <br />distributed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local guidelines. <br />The signature of the Mayfield Village Fire Chief certifies the completeness, <br />accuracy, and currency of the plan as written. <br />11.2 Plan Maintenance and Improvement <br />Planning personnel within the Mayfield Village Fire Department revise the EOP <br />upon the occurrence of the following: <br />Conditions described in the current plan or sections of the current plan <br />have changed <br />• Changes are recommended through an after-action report process <br />following an actual event or exercise <br />• Necessary changes or revisions are discovered during annual EOP review <br />• Community and/or risk conditions change <br />• New EOP guidance is released <br />20~Page <br />
