At the beginning of each yeaz the District will contact the Mayor or <br />Township Trustees of each Member Community via mail to outline the meeting schedule and <br />agendas, and the process for designating a representative for the WAC. The general meeting <br />agenda for the twice yearly meetings is as follows. <br />1. Meeting..1 (Mareh) -,..:---- -. ... _ ....:.--. . ..._-. . =-_ - . . <br />a. Review District Phase II support activities for the year . <br />b. Identify. new or recurring problem areas <br />c. Discuss operation and maintenance updates and requests <br />d. Review Stormwater Constiuction Plan and provide information on current projects in <br />Stormwater Construction Plan anticipated for that year <br />e. Nominate new projects for the Stormwater Construction Plan <br />f. Review Stormwater Master Plan updates • <br />2. Meeting 2 (October) <br />a. Discuss operation and maintenance updates and requests for the coming year <br />b. Review draft Stormwater Constntction Plan for the coming year <br />c. Review Stormwater Master Plan updates <br />The Watershed Team Leaders shall preside over the WAC meetings. WAC meetings are <br />documented through meeting minutes aad provided to each WAC Member at the next scheduled <br />WAC meeting. <br />In the first year of implementation of the Regional Stormwater Management Program additional <br />meetings will he scheduled to initiate the WACs. These meetings will be scheduled within the <br />first three months of commencement of the Regional Stormwater Management Program. The <br />goal of these initial WAC meetings is to familiarize the WAC members with the roles and <br />responsibilities of the WACs, and to review the Regional Stormwater Management Program. <br />6
