2. In consideration of the FOP agreeing to the substitution of the new policies <br />referred to in paragraph 1, beginning April 1, 2002 and continuing until the end of the <br />current contract between the parties, the Village shall reimburse bargaining unit members <br />for the difference in prescription co-pays as they relate to the previous limit of five dollars <br />($5.00) and the new co-pay structure. This shall be done on any and all prescriptions filled <br />during this time, providing that generic brands are purchased when available, name brands <br />will be so reimbursed only if not available, or the treating physician mandates name brand, <br />upon receipts presented by bargaining unit members to the Finance Department at the end <br />of this calendar year. <br />3.
