Next <br />year they will provide dry weather inspection and testing were necessary. <br />They will do all this for $5,300.00. There is no way the service department or our <br />engineers can provide this much activity at the county's level of expertise for that much <br />money. We will not be billed for this until 2005. <br />I ask that this be passed at the March council meeting so that it maybe included in this <br />years Phase II report to the EPA. <br />Attached is a sample of the type of reports that the county will provide us. <br />
