The enforcement specifications ere set forth in OAC 4501, <br />4103 which the Ohlo State Highway Patrol has Interpreted to mean that an Ohio <br />registered vehicles, window tint must allow 50% light transm/ttance on rear and s/de <br />windows, and 70% ,~ransrr,lftance orl the -windshield..
